All Liberty Rotarians and their spouses or partners are invited to come together and practice yoga. There will be four morning yoga sessions at 9:00 am on the following dates: 9/6, 9/13, 9/20, and 9/27. These sessions will take place at Justine's Just Breathe Studio in Parksville. Additionally, we are in the process of scheduling a fifth yoga session to be held in the evening before October 1st.

Justine will provide all the necessary yoga props and will tailor the yoga sessions to suit all levels of practice. By participating in these yoga sessions, you will be helping us make the most of this generous Sullivan 180 grant.

Please consider registering for this event as a walker or runner.  Liberty Rotary Club will provide and staff the water stop and provide light snacks at the finish line.
