This past Saturday, members of Rotary District 7210 came together at Yankee Stadium for a fantastic afternoon of baseball, camaraderie, and purpose. Rotarians from across the district united for the “Strike Out Polio” initiative, raising over $20,000 in support of Rotary International’s PolioPlus eradication program.
Liberty Rotary Club was pleased to have many of its members attend, who along with friends and families contributed more than $4,000 toward this incredible effort. Key organizers and promoters of this fundraiser were Liberty Rotary Club's own Gary Siegel and Jack Strassman. We thank them for helping make this great event happen.
Thank you to everyone who organized this memorable event and to all who participated in making a meaningful impact while enjoying a great day at the ballpark!
