Amanda Langseder, Director of Community Health, Greater Hudson Valley Health System came to speak to us of the many challenges that Sullivan County is facing in elevating its health statistics. She explained a number of the metrics that currently cause our area to be the second most unhealthy in the state. She then offered great hope by informing the club of all the initiatives being taken to improve our standing, and make our neighbors more fit. We thank Amanda for her interesting and eye opening presentation.
