Each year, local fire departments participate in activities designed to enhance the physical and mental health of their members. Through an innovative program developed by Sullivan 180, departments earn “Turtle Points” for each health-focused activity they complete.
The Liberty and Monticello Rotary Clubs were proud to sponsor one of this year’s Turtle Awards, which was officially presented last night to the Bloomingburg Fire Department. Representatives from both Rotary Clubs attended the ceremony to celebrate this achievement.
