The Liberty Rotary Club was honored to be the recipient of the Sullivan County Partnership for Economic Development - Walter A. Rhulen Award. We had the pleasure of attending their annual meeting and dinner where the award was presented to us by Sims Foster. We are exceptionally appreciative for this grand recognition of the work we do.
