Hurricane Florence has devastated the Middle Atlantic States and many victims have been left homeless and suffered catastrophic losses as a result of the storm.  As the rain moves out, flood waters crest and begin to recede, the Liberty NY Rotary Club is teaming up with the Brevard, NC Rotary Club, Operation Endeavor, and Wings of Michael to organize a hurricane relief drive that is based on the model that was utilized for Hurricane Harvey which targeted the Friendswood, Texas area.  We are in touch with contacts in North and South Carolina working on identifying the community(ies) that we would like to target to provide relief for the hurricane victims.

We currently have over 20 collection sites.  Those at the collection site locations are asked to only collect the supplies that are listed on the poster.  The timeline is fluid but the plan at this writing is as follows:

October 2nd - Collections will end at End of Business (EOB)
October 3rd - All Collection Sites will deliver collected supplies to SUNY Sullivan where truck(s) will be loaded (Times and Location TBA)
October 4th/5th - Supplies will be delivered to targeted community (TBD)

Monetary donations can be made as follows:
