SCCC Serves Up Fine Cuisine with Masterful Presentation

Liberty Rotary Club moved its regular meeting on the 13th to enjoy something a bit more elegant on April 14th.  Sullivan County Community College's Culinary Arts students served up a superb meal with great style and elegance.  The food was outstanding, the presentation impressive and the service was far beyond a typical dining experience.  We thank the students and their instructors for giving us a night to remember.  Additional thanks to Karin Hilgersom, SCCC President and Liberty Rotarian, for making the arrangements for such a wonderful meal.
