On Wednesday, October 18th, 2023 the Liberty Rotary Club hosted a Community Dinner at the Interfaith Food Pantry. Attendance was good and our club had numerous members there to prepare the food and serve it to those that needed a good hot meal.
Our club has been participating in this important community service for many, many years and will host three more dinners this year. (Other local organizations take turns creating these weekly dinners.)
Shown below are two of our members serving up the very cheesy meal of beef or vegetarian enchiladas. Note the great care and teamwork these committed professionals put into plating the entree, as presentation is so very important for delivering tasty food. The meal also featured a green salad, rice with beans and chocolate cake.
Thanks to The Interfaith Food Pantry for keeping this important service going. Additional thanks to everyone that showed up to prepare and serve our neighbors.
