Several members of the Liberty Rotary Club traveled to Montgomery on October 22nd for the Sullivan/Orange Walk to End Alzheimer’s. It was a wonderful event for a great cause!  The Liberty club raised over $1,000 to benefit The Alzheimer's Association and was honored to be part of a crowd of over 500 people that took a stand against this horrific disease.
The flowers of different colors represent the different ways in which individuals are affected by Alzheimer's devastating impact.  After the walk, the flowers are all arranged in a garden of hope, which represents the aspiration that a prevention or cure will soon be found.
Special thanks to all those who donated to the cause, the walkers and everyone that made this event so meaningful.
