A full pallet of 144 Aquabox's Filter Family Units are being shipped to the Rotary Club of Belize for their Disaster Relief Team to distribute to families in the neighboring villages that have been affected by Hurricanes Eta & Iota to provide them with clean potable water.
The three ladies in the photo are part of the Aquabox volunteer Workforce in the UK where the shipment is allocated on a groupage service sailing from London Gateway UK to Belize. The filtration systems are being funded by the donations made to the Liberty NY Rotary Club's Belize Disaster Relief Campaign.
It's only fitting that March is Water and Sanitation Month as declared by Rotary international. The shipment is due to arrive in Belize on or about March 9. Stay tuned for more updates.
